Mark practices in commercial litigation and most recently in the areas of media and sport. He has broad High Court and arbitration experience and has appeared before a wide range of tribunals including the English High Court and Court of Appeal and before other tribunals including the private disciplinary panels, the LCIA, the ICC, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. He also accepts appointments to act as an arbitrator in relation to ICC and LCIA proceedings.
